Willie Lee Goldsmith was born March 13, 1951 to the union of the late Henry Goldsmith and Delma Tucker-Goldsmith in Pascagoula, Ms. In his home on Thursday, January 29, 2015 he was called to eternal life. Willie also known as �Gold� to his classmates and friends was a 1970 graduate of Carver High School in Pascagoula, MS. Upon graduating he enlisted in the U.S. Army for three years. He returned home where he worked several jobs but being a mechanic was his passion. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Goldsmith Sr., Delma and Robert Evans Sr., one son, Terry Williams, one brother, Henry Goldsmith Jr. and a devoted aunt Alice Means. Surviving to cherish his memory are three daughters; Carolyn Williams, LaShawnda (Shell) Wilson, and Delma Williams; four sons, Ramon Goldsmith (Derrell), Willie Keith Booker, Robert Evans Jr., and Willie Evans; two sisters, Diane Jackson and Joyce Evans; one brother, Lee Moffett; a special friend, Brenda McDonald;a lifelong friend, Ms. Glenda(G.P)Williams; four uncles Robert, Herman, Rufus and Willie Tucker; seven aunts, Irma and Wilma Collins, Mary(Samuel) Fisher, Nancy Lett, Dorothy Gary, Lillie Tucker, Ida Webb; twenty grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family. Services for Mr. Goldsmith we be held at Christian Love in Moss Point, MS. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm, service will follow at 2:00pm; Saturday, February 7, 2015.
