Lonnie Eugene Sales, Sr., a cherished member of the community, was born on May 12, 1936, in Coledale, West Virginia. He gracefully departed this life on August 1, 2025, in Biloxi, Mississippi, at the age of 89, leaving behind a legacy marked by kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for his family and friends.

Throughout his life, Lonnie embodied the virtues of hard work and resilience, spanning decades of service to those around him. His warm smile and compassionate nature made a profound impact on many lives. A devoted family man, he knew the value of community and friendship.

Lonnie's journey through life will be honored with a series of services on August 13, 2025. The day will commence with a visitation from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Infinity Funeral Home, located at 184 Main Street, Biloxi, MS, where family and friends can gather to share their memories and celebrate his remarkable life. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will take place at 11:00 AM at the same venue, allowing loved ones to reflect on his legacy and the joy he brought into their lives.

Concluding the day of remembrance, Lonnie will be interred with military honors at Biloxi National Cemetery, located at 400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS, with the interment ceremony scheduled to begin at 12:30 PM. His final resting place will serve as a testament to the life he lived and the mark he left on the world.
