Kenneth E.
Jarmon Jr.
May 31, 1986 — Sep 6, 2026
Mobile, AL
“A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.”
Kenneth Earl Jarmon Jr., affectionately known as “Kenny,” was born on May 31, 1986, in Griffin, Georgia, to Mattie Burr. On September 6, 2026, at the age of 40, Kenny peacefully transitioned from this earthly life into eternal rest.
Kenny was a man who brought laughter wherever he went. He was funny, playful, and loved a good laugh. Anyone who knew Kenny knew that he could find humor in almost anything. He was the husband who would stay up at 3:00 in the morning sending TikTok videos to his wife—even though she was laying right beside him. Those little moments captured so much of who Kenny was: full of life, full of laughter, and always able to bring joy to those around him.
Kenny was an amazing husband, father, friend, and servant of God. He had a heart for people and a genuine passion for serving others. Music was one of the greatest expressions of Kenny's life. He was the CEO of GreenTree Music Group, where he used his knowledge and gift of sound to service churches, ministries, musicians, and events. He took great pride in making sure everything sounded its very best. Kenny was currently serving as a musician at Lighthouse Church and as a sound technician at Nazaree Full Gospel Church but he has served at many churches all across the world. He was also a member of Rehoboth World of Life Ministries, under the leadership of Apostle Kendra Carr-Pineda and Prophet Benedicto Pineda. For Kenny, music was more than a skill—it was ministry. He loved producing music and creating a sound that carried the glory of God. He had a unique ability to shift an atmosphere through his gift, and he was excited to use what God had placed inside of him to bless others.
A Love Story Written by God
In 2007, Kenny joined a choir called DFG, and it was there that he met the woman who would become his bride. After only seven months of dating, Kenny knew that he had found the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with.
In November 2008, they exchanged vows and began a beautiful journey together. During their 19 years together, they built a family, created countless memories, endured trials, celebrated victories, and continued to choose one another through it all.
From their union came two beautiful daughters, Kennedy Jarmon and Kenndal Jarmon. Kenny shared a special and unique relationship with each of his girls. To Kennedy, Daddy was her diary—someone she could tell anything to. He listened, offered advice, and made sure she always knew she could come to him. To Kenndal, Daddy was her superhero. In her eyes, no man would ever be greater than her father. With Lailah, distance never changed their bond. Though hundreds of miles separated them at times, Kenny made sure they stayed connected. Through FaceTime, laughter, conversations, and love, he made sure she always felt his presence.
Kenny loved his family deeply and took pride in being a father and husband. His family was one of his greatest accomplishments and his greatest sources of joy.
Those Who Preceded Him in Death
Kenny was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, Hattie Burr and Clarence Burr, and his cherished Aunt Wendy and Uncle Birdie.
Those Left to Cherish His Memory
Kenny leaves to cherish his precious memory his beloved wife, Ebony Jarmon; his children and bonus children, Kennedy Jarmon, Kenndal Jarmon, Lailah Tucker, Ashanti Enlers, and Ariel Enlers; his mother, Mattie Burr; his siblings, Diasiana Burr; Ivy (Malachi) Boseman; and Jahidi Denorre’; Godparents, Bishop Michael (Iris) Lawrence; devoted uncles, Pastor Kim (Pat) Ray and Clarence Burr; devoted aunt, Pastor Verlene Morgan, devoted cousin, Kimberly Ray; and a host of other cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
He will forever be remembered by his closest friends, JaDon Jones, Jerry Porter, Jayden Shaw, Jeffrey Collins, Jason Collins, Luther Harris, Kenny Cooper, Terrance Ruffin, Christian Jackson, JaCobe Ray and JaKolby Bolden.
His Legacy
Kenny's life cannot be measured simply by the number of years he lived, but by the lives he touched during those years.
He was a husband who loved deeply. A father who showed up. A friend who could always make you laugh. A musician who understood the power of sound. A servant who loved helping others. A man who loved God and desired to use his gifts for His glory.
Kenny's earthly assignment is complete, but his legacy will continue through his family, his music, his ministry, his friendships, and every atmosphere he helped shift. Though our hearts are heavy and his absence leaves a space that can never be filled, we are grateful to God for the gift of his life and for every memory he left behind.
Rest well, Kenny.
Your voice may be quiet here on earth, but the sound you carried will continue to echo through the lives you touched.
Your work here is finished. Your legacy lives on. Your memory will never fade.
Forever loved. Forever remembered.
Forever our Kenny.
