Clintard J. Sparkman

Clintard “Peter” Sparkman, 60, of Biloxi, MS, passed away on November 1, 2020, in Jackson, MS. He was born to the late George Sr. and Annie Mae Smith Sparkman in Summit, MS. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, 5 brothers, 3 nieces, 1 nephew, and 1 grandnephew. Peter is survived by one daughter, one sister, one brother, and a host of nieces and nephews.
