Clifton Denver Hooks

Clifton Denver Hooks, 61, resident of Gautier, MS, passed away, August 20, 2016. He was born June 10, 1955 and was a longtime resident of Gautier, MS. He spent 38 years working as a pipefitter at Ingalls. There was never a day that went by where he didn’t spread his infectious happiness to everyone he ever met. He spent his life as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and all around provider. He was preceeded in death by his father, Marvin Hooks; his mother, Doris Hooks; and his brother, Cecil Hooks. Clifton is survived by his wife, Jamie Hooks; his three children, Laura, Adam, and Mary (Frankie); 13 grandchildren, Cecillia, Isaiah, Miracle, Aidan, Alyssa, Brittany, Jacob, Charlene, Ava, Alexis, Serenity, KC, and Macey; a great grandson, Christopher Kyler; his siblings, Pamela, Clarance, and Clinton Dale; and a host of other relatives and friends.
