Catherine Taylor

Mrs. Catherine Taylor, born July 6, 1947, in Prentiss, MS, to the late Lessie and Emma Mae Jackson, passed away June 8, 2016. She was employed at the Gulfport V.A. for 37 years, until her health began to fail in 2003. She loved her church family. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Margaret Barnes, Emma Retta Jackson, and Ivory Lois; and her brothers, Lessie Jackson Jr. and Melvin Jackson. Catherine leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 50 years, Luther Taylor; her daughters, Barbara and Belinda Taylor; one grandchild, Cole Taylor; and a host of relatives and friends.
