W. Pearl Brumfield

Willie Pearl Brumfield, age 75, passed away, Saturday, November 28, 2015. She was born May 18, 1940, in Hazelhurst, Mississippi, the daughter of the late Herbert (Sr.) and Hazel Harville. She attended Utica (Hinds) Junior College and received an Associate Degree. Willie Pearl Brumfield was married to Archie Brumfield, Jr. on May 18, 1964. Willie Pearl Brumfield was a devoted member of First Missionary Baptist Church of Biloxi, Mississippi. She served as a member of the choir, usher board, and multiple other auxiliaries. Willie Pearl Brumfield as preceded in death by her husband, Archie Brumfield, Jr.; her parents, Herbert Harville, Sr., and Hazel E. Harville; her sister, Pauline Beasley; and two brothers, Herbert Harville, Jr., and Charles D. Harville. Willie Pearl Brumfield is survived by two daughters, Amelia (Marvin) McGuire and Treva Brumfield; a son, Taquino Brumfield; a grandson, Joshua Brumfield; five brothers, Curtis (Johnnie Mae) Harville, James Harville, Luther (Shirley) Harville, Odell (Debra) Harville, Ozell (Erlean) Harville; and a host of nephews, nieces other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Willie Pearl Brumfield will be held Friday, December 4, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. for viewing and 11:00 a.m. for service at First Missionary Baptist Church, 658 Esters Boulevard, Biloxi, Mississippi 39530.
